Polyurethane is a resilient, extremely tough abrasion and tear resistant elastomeric material that is available in ether and ester based formulations. These diverse formulations cover an extremely wide range of stiffness, hardness, and densities.
Polyurethanes offer good chemical resistance, and are transparent in unfilled grades.
