We Make the Mold
Worried about the tooling status? We update you a tooling progress report EACH WEEK. > view a sample report.
TIME REQUIRED: 3 WEEKS OR MORE
06.
Approve the Samples
Typically the molded samples will be signed off by at 3 times or less.
TIME REQUIRED: 1 – 3 WEEKS
T1 samples
-Customers check part dimension, color,
simple finish, and assembly. FAI report is ready to provide prior or along with the shipment.
T2 samples
-We adjust the mold based changes required of
T1 feedback, and then ship new parts. This may
be skipped if T1 is approved.
T3 samples
-We do the texture or polishing for final approval.
Samples with secondary operation will be processed this time as well.

Part Production

We Make the Delivery
Shipping service is available at Plastopia. We deliver the molded parts to your local port, airport, and your facility.

How to pack
-Packing is handled with care. Your plastic components will be placed in good condition for safe transport.
What to mark
-Each carton of plastic parts will be marked with order details. It can be traced down if any issues happen.
How to ship
-Shipped by Plastopia’s shipping forwarder at a rather competitive cost, or by your courier express account like UPS.
